The ranking list is based on the results of the high school diploma. When you are on the ranking list, you are obliged to provide  all documents (the original and photocopy) to the recruitment  office for studies at the University of Zielona Góra.

FIRST – CYCLE  PROGRAMMES
  • Application form printed and signed by the applicant,
  • Orginal of the High school diploma with Apostille/Legalization  (if a certificate was issued by a country – party to the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) and it should be transalted into Polish by a sworn transaltor, or IB diploma, or EB diploma – also should be translated into Polish by a sworn translator,
  • Or if it necessary equivalent certificate of the high school diploma with decision about nostrification,
  • Additional it could be required Certificate confirming access to higher education in your country – translated into Polish by a sworn translator,
  • Passport or ID card,
  • Orginal of insurance policy:

–  for time studying in Poland or EKUZ, or

– universal health insurance according to Polish Act Dz.U. z 2018 poz. 1510, August 27th 2004, or

– confirmation of cover by insurance company costs of treatment in Poland for minimum amount 30.000 EUR

  • Documents that certify the applicant’s legal stay in the territory of Poland, i.e. visa or a temporary/permanent residence permit or other document that allows for stay in Poland,
  • Documents confirming English language knowledge,
  • Authorization for submitting documents – in case when documents are delivered to University by a plenipotentiary,
  • In case when a candidate is not adult, therefore a statutory representative should give permission for studying

 

SECOND – CYCLE  PROGRAMMES

  •  Application form printed and signed by the applicant,
  • Original of higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) containing the result of graduation with Apostille/Legalization (if a certificate was issued by a country – party to the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) and it should be transalted into Polish by a sworn transaltor,
  • Transcript of grades/supplement from bachelor or master studies – translated by a sworn translator into Polish,
  • Or if it necessary equivalent certificate of the higher school diploma with decision about nostrification,
  • Additional it could be required Certificate confirming access to higher education in your country – translated into Polish by a sworn translator,
  • Passport or ID card,
  • Original of insurance policy:
