THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Complete set of required documents, including:

Color and legible scans of the original documents. We only accept scans of original documents. We do not accept scans of notarized copies made in the country of issue.should be uploaded to the DOCUMENTS tab in the recruitment system via your electronic profile

If all required documents are conditionally accepted, you will receive a message about the payment of the fee for the first semester of study.

Once the tuition fee has been paid, you will receive an "Acceptance letter". With this document, you can start the visa procedure.

There will be a deadline for the final delivery of all original required documents. – should be sent by traditional mail or personally to the following address:

Attention:
  • originals of documents can be collected in person at the Recruitment Office during the academic year or only at the written request of the candidate will be sent back by traditional mail.

Failure to provide the required documents (including scans and originals) within the deadlines consistent with the recruitment calendar for studies will mean resignation from taking up studies.

List of required documents for:
  • Application form printed and signed by the applicant,
  • Orginal of the High school diploma with Apostille/Legalization  (if a certificate was issued by a country – party to the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) and it should be transalted into Polish by a sworn transaltor in Poland or in the Polish Consulate, or IB diploma, or EB diploma – also should be translated into Polish by a sworn translator in Poland or in the Polish Consulate,
  • A certificate confirming that the obtained maturity certificate entitling to take up higher education in Poland (decision issued by the competent Head of the Department of Education in Poland/nostrification/written information issued by the Director of NAWA), if the maturity certificate is not a document confirming the right to apply for admission to studies, as referred to in Article 326a(1) of the Act >>> check what this article says or referred to in Article 93a of the Act of 7 September 1991 on the education system;
  • A certificate confirming that the obtained maturity certificate entitles the holder to apply for admission to higher education or to continue education in any type of higher education institution in the education system in which the institution issuing – if such information is not recorded on the maturity/maturity certificate – translated into Polish by a sworn translator in Poland or in the Polish Consulate,
  • A declaration of having the means to support themselves during education;
  • A valid document confirming the candidate's identity with a photo;
  • A document confirming knowledge of English submitted in one of the following forms:

- IB diploma with the result of the English language exam,

- EB diploma with the result of the English language exam,

- a certificate that the language of instruction in a secondary school or higher education was English,

- a secondary school-leaving certificate with the subject of English taken from the written part at the advanced level issued in Polish in the education system of the Republic of Poland,

- a higher education diploma in the field of English Philology issued in Polish in the education system of the Republic of Poland,

- a certificate confirming English language proficiency at the level of at least B2 in accordance with “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning, teaching, assessment (CEFR)”.

  • Authorization for submitting documents – in case when documents are delivered to University by a plenipotentiary,
  • In case when a candidate is not adult, therefore a statutory representative should give permission for studying.

  • Application form printed and signed by the applicant,
  • Original of higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) containing the result of graduation with Apostille/Legalization (if a certificate was issued by a country – party to the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) and it should be transalted into Polish by a sworn transaltor in Poland or in the Polish Consulate,
  • Transcript of grades/supplement from bachelor or master studies – translated into Polish by a sworn translator in Poland or in the Polish Consulate;
  • Certificate with the range(scale) of grades school/university finishing;
  • Certificate with the grade of the final exam;
  • written information issued by the Director of NAWA for a document issued abroad/certificate of nostrification of a higher education diploma which is not a document entitling to continue education at second-cycle studies in Poland, referred to in Article 326 section 1 >>> check what this article says or in Article 327 section 1;
  • A certificate confirming that the obtained higher education diploma entitles you to apply for admission to second-cycle studies in any type of higher education institution in the education system in which the institution issuing - if such information is not written on the diploma – translated into Polish by a sworn translator in Poland or in the Polish Consulate,
  • A declaration of having the means to support themselves during education;
  • A valid document confirming the candidate's identity with a photo;
  • A document confirming knowledge of English submitted in one of the following forms:

- IB diploma with the result of the English language exam,

- EB diploma with the result of the English language exam,

- a certificate that the language of instruction in a secondary school or higher education was English,
