A graduate of this field of study program will acquire knowledge and skills in:

  • Environmental law, climate policy, migration law, and sustainable development at both national and international levels.
  • Analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Interpreting legal acts related to sustainability, environmental protection, and human rights.
  • Identifying legal and social issues arising from climate and migration crises and proposing practical solutions.
  • Working with legal documentation, creating legal opinions and expert analyses while considering sustainability aspects.
  • Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams, integrating legal knowledge with analytical and communication skills.
  • Using English in legal and sustainability contexts, enabling work in an international environment.
  • Fundamental principles and institutions of national, international, and European law, with a special focus on environmental law, climate law, migration law, and energy law.
  • Understanding the concept of sustainable development and its impact on legal, economic, and social systems.
  • Climate policies, environmental protection measures, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations.

  • Promoting pro-environmental attitudes, social responsibility, and engagement in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Preparing for careers in public administration, international organizations, NGOs, and the private sector, particularly in areas related to ESG, environmental protection, climate policy, and migration policy.

It is important to emphasize that a graduate, understanding global processes and being fluent in specialized legal and sustainability terminology in English (given the nature of the program), will be well-equipped to work as an expert in various international and transnational institutions and organizations. These include governmental and local administrative bodies engaged in environmental protection, migration policy, and international relations, as well as international organizations and globally operating businesses.

The program prepares students for international cooperation, including cross-border initiatives within the framework of sustainable development policies. The graduate’s skills and knowledge will meet the current institutional and market demands.

Additionally, graduates of bachelor program will be well-prepared to adapt to the evolving job market. The dynamic social and political landscape, both in Poland and globally, creates a high demand for expertise in this field.
