The final grade, grades for the completed courses and the mean grades (S) granted according to grading systems in other schools and universities are adjusted to the final grade, grades and mean grades (N) according to the grading system used in the University of Zielona Gora according to the following formula: N = 3 ( S-m) / (M – m) + 2, where M is the maximum and m is the minimum (pass grade/qualifying) grade used in the other schools or universities.
If the completed first/second cycle of studies is other than compatible or related, the candidate is obliged to submit a diploma supplement/transcript to the Recruitment Office (to the address rekrutacja@uz.zgora.pl) before the commencement of the qualification.
The Diploma Supplement/Transcript is an official document that contains detailed information on the field of study completed, the qualifications acquired and the skills and competences that the graduate has acquired during their studies.
On the basis of the verification of the supplement/transcript, the examination committee will assess whether the candidate has the appropriate competences necessary to take up education in the selected field of study.
